During the early days of COVID, I had the privilege of working with Bakstage.in in its initial iteration—a groundbreaking social audio platform that fostered vibrant discussions and gave rise to a new generation of podcasters. This was the time I deep dived into the podcasting industry and launched my own podcast, Bakstage with Mugdha, available on Spotify. This platform became a space for meaningful conversations, exploring themes such as gender, social causes, climate change, LGBTQ+ issues, and more. Featuring voices from diverse fields, including notable actors, the podcast reflects my passion for amplifying stories that matter.
Beyond hosting, I designed podcast strategies for various companies, conducted workshops, and trained aspiring voices to launch their own successful podcasts, nurturing a community of storytellers and changemakers.
