Mugdha Kalra
Speaking & Training

A voice your room will remember

Twenty years of prime-time television make Mugdha a rare kind of facilitator: one who can hold a stage, draw out a panel, and turn a compliance training into a conversation people actually carry home.

On inclusion, leadership, caregiving, the impact economy and the future of work, grounded in lived experience and two decades of interviewing India's top leaders.

02

Panel moderation & event anchoring

Summits, award nights and investor forums across business, sustainability, AI and policy, on India's flagship industry stages.

Diversity & Inclusion training

Modules she wrote for Rainmaker

Mugdha scripts corporate D&I and unconscious-bias training used by organisations across India, turning behavioural research into short films that make bias impossible to unsee.
