A voice your room will remember
Twenty years of prime-time television make Mugdha a rare kind of facilitator: one who can hold a stage, draw out a panel, and turn a compliance training into a conversation people actually carry home.
Four ways to work together
Keynotes & fireside chats
On inclusion, leadership, caregiving, the impact economy and the future of work, grounded in lived experience and two decades of interviewing India's top leaders.
Panel moderation & event anchoring
Summits, award nights and investor forums across business, sustainability, AI and policy, on India's flagship industry stages.
Corporate training
Diversity, equity & inclusion, Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH), neurodiversity inclusion, conduct & culture, and unconscious bias, including training films created for these programmes. Her neurodiversity work runs under the NeuroUnity banner.
Content & podcast strategy
Storytelling that inspires change: podcast strategy and workshops, screenwriting, documentaries and articles, from a writer with Netflix and Audible credits.
Modules she wrote for Rainmaker
Mugdha scripts corporate D&I and unconscious-bias training used by organisations across India, turning behavioural research into short films that make bias impossible to unsee.
In workshops, on stages
Organisations she has worked with
Rooms of every size
From closed-door leadership roundtables to thousand-seat summit stages, Mugdha adapts the same craft: listen hard, ask the question everyone is thinking, and keep the conversation honest.
An alumna of the University of Leeds, NALSAR Hyderabad and the University of Delhi, she has led sessions and lectures at FTII Pune, Ashoka University, the University of Delhi, Amity School of Media & Communication and Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. She also holds certifications spanning mindfulness, expressive arts and inclusive education practice.
